This Weekend I had a successful wine n’ cheese party with about 12 friends. I love the thought of Charcuterie a glass of wine and mingling and playing games with a group of great friends. I set the table with a wide variety of meats, cheeses and breads. You can buy whatever kind of cheese you like but i bought some Gouda cheese, goat cheese, mozzarella, feta, pepper jack, brie, blue cheese and gruyere… i went all out.  For the meats i got some prosciutto, salami, turkey pastrami, pepper turkey , roast beef. Let me tell you I filled that table up with the most delicious meats and of course i added veggies some different spreads, olives, artichoke spreads and a whole lot more, you can always switch it up to your liking. I also like to decorate with grapes, pumpkins and cover with a paper table spread so you can label all the meats and cheeses with chalk. I bought about 10 bottles of wine because you can never have enough wine……:)
